FlyMax/ orchestrator

Use cases · the same orchestrator, every effector class

Who flies FlyMax — and why.

The orchestrator is the brain. The drones are interchangeable effectors. Same English-goal → MissionPlan flow flies a Crazyflie indoors, a Pixhawk hex outdoors, a swarm at a wedding, a guardian drone in your pocket, an eVTOL air ambulance. Eight use cases below. Pick the one that’s you.

Flagship vision · Phase 5 — multi-class fleet/personal-guardian

Personal Guardian Drone (PGD)

A drone that perches on you — and wakes only when needed.

Who: Anyone alone in unfamiliar places · solo creators · elderly walking · field staff · women's safety advocates.

What: Pocket-sized drone (or cluster of 2–6) that perches on or near the operator, wakes on cue (voice / gesture / threat signal / schedule), flies a brief task, returns to perch. Operating window measured in minutes-per-hour, not minutes-per-flight. On-body wireless charging keeps the cluster cycling indefinitely.

Seven more lanes the same brain plays in

Phase 4 — DaaS pilot/defence-recce

Squad Recce + Loitering Eye

Same brain, hex airframe, mission-window awareness, BVLOS-ready.

Who: Defence · paramilitary · BSF / ITBP / NSG · Air Force ground ops.

Pixhawk hex with FlyMax orchestrator on top. English mission goal → typed MissionPlan → safe dispatch with geofence-skill checking against IAF NOTAMs and DGCA RED zones before motor arm. iDEX-trackable, dual-use with civilian. Layer-1 is what's missing in this segment — every OEM ships their own walled garden.

Phase 4 — DaaS pilot/public-safety

Police · Ambulance · Disaster Response

Faster-than-a-cruiser eye on the scene, before the radio finishes.

Who: Tamil Nadu Police drone wing · GVK EMRI 108 · disaster-management agencies · NDRF.

Dock-on-roof of patrol vehicle / ambulance. Dispatch by an English goal — 'survey the crash site on ECR, look for victims.' Orchestrator handles geofence + RTH + handoff to next vehicle. Footage live-streamed to control room via 4G + Iridium fallback.

Phase 6 — eVTOL via partner/medical-delivery

Medical-Express Delivery

Closer to ePlane's air-ambulance — and the orchestrator that flies it.

Who: Hospital networks · blood banks · public health departments · ePlane Co. partnership.

Hybrid VTOL or eVTOL effector class. The mission language ('deliver O- blood from Apollo Greams Rd to GH ECR within 14 minutes, avoid Marina airshow window') becomes a typed plan, dispatches the closest eligible airframe, holds the corridor, lands. We don't build the airframe; ePlane does. We are the brain.

Phase 4 — DaaS pilot/agriculture

Agri Survey + Spray

From village-level survey to per-field action, on one schema.

Who: Farmer-producer organisations · agritech startups · state agri departments · cooperatives.

Same MissionPlan schema, swappable backends. Survey-pass with multispectral camera; spray-pass with pesticide payload. Tamil Nadu villages first — Garuda Aerospace's Chennai presence + Kisan-Drone PLI alignment make this the obvious wedge for state-level pilots.

Phase 5 — multi-class fleet/cinematography

Solo Creator Cinematography

'Get a shot of me running on the beach' → actual shot.

Who: Solo creators · YouTubers · wedding cinematographers · indie film units · sports captures.

PGD cluster + Skydio-grade TrackSkill on top of any backend. English-driven cinematic intent ('orbit me at 3m, descend to 1m at the peak') translates to a typed MissionPlan that any backend (Crazyflie, DJI SDK if it opens, Skydio if their API opens, custom PGD) can execute.

Phase 4 — DaaS pilot/inspection

Industrial Inspection

Wind turbines, transmission towers, solar fields, oil rigs.

Who: TANGEDCO · NHAI · refineries · solar EPCs · wind operators (Suzlon, Inox).

Daily DaaS contracts — fly a pre-templated mission daily, hand off video to a Layer-4 analytics dashboard. The Phase-4 first DaaS pilot lives here. Per-trip pricing means real revenue inside Q1 of Phase 4.

Phase 5 — multi-class fleet/swarm-events

Drone-Show Cluster Entertainment

Skybrush-grade light shows, English-choreographed.

Who: Event producers · weddings · brand launches · stadium half-time · municipal celebrations.

20–500 drone swarm running on Crazyswarm2 + Skybrush Studio render. The orchestrator translates 'spell GETMAX in 200m sky over Marina at 8pm' into a typed MissionPlan + airspace clearance request. Beautiful — and a margin-rich B2C2B revenue line.
